Bob began his career in residential construction then moved to global organizations as a senior executive with domestic and international success in driving growth and investor returns. He has served as President/CEO of small–middle market portfolio companies as well as Fortune 100 strategic business units. His background includes leading operating divisions with notable brands such as Pepsi™, Frito Lay™, Kidde™, Onity™, Invisible Fence™, VingCard™ and Schlage™. Living and working abroad, Bob has significant global acumen as a general manager of B2B fire and security products and services and consumer package goods.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Bob has extended executive study at Oxford University/Templeton College, as well as, Darden and Wharton graduate schools of business. Additionally, he has served as a guest speaker and advisor on Leadership Development at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business. Bob was recently named as an Adjunct Professor at Kenan-Flagler and board member of the business school’s Partnerships In Aging Process (PIAP).

He became a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) at age 40 and has served his community as a mentor/coach for CED and SCORE. Bob also served as a board member and big brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Council for the Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Stop SIDS and the USO in Rome, Italy.
